Post Breakfast you’ll be transferred to Delhi Domestic Airport for your flight to Leh, Ladakh. You'll be met on arrival by your Authentic India Tours representative and transferred to your hotel.
Later you'll be taken to Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white domed monument on a hilltop in Changspa. It was built in 1991 by Japanese monks to promote world peace. The day concludes with a visit to the 17th century Leh Palace, which offers amazing views from the rooftop, In evening you can walk around the local market. Overnight stay.

Post leisurely breakfast, your tour start with a drive to the statuesque Hemis Monastery, the largest and wealthiest monastery in Ladakh. Then you'll head to Thiksey Monastery, which offers incredible views of the Indus Valley from its lofty hillside location.
Later continues with a drive through a series of Buddhist Stupas to visit Shey Palace the former summer residence of the King of Ladakh. After a long day of exploring, relax at your hotel in the evening .

Post breakfast at your hotel, the day start to Ulley, visiting the Phyang, Likir and Alchi Monasteries en route. Alchi is one of the earliest monasteries built in Ladakh and dates back to the 11th century. Later, we will drive continues to Uleytokpo, a tiny village 70 km west of Leh. Here you can get settled into your new accommodation and end the day with dinner.

Today, we will drive to the fascinating village of Lamayuru, with its unusual moon like landscape. You'll venture high up in the hills to Lamayuru Monastery, the oldest in Ladakh. This fascinating 10th century holy place is believed to have been a sacred site for the pre-Buddhist religion called Bon and is home to a selection of fine frescos, carpets and Tangkhas. The complex includes one of the oldest libraries in the region, containing extensive books and other literature on the Tibetan Kagyupa Sect. You'll also visit Rizong Monastery perched at the top of a rocky valley which is home to around 40 monks.

After breakfast, we will drive back to Leh stopping at Basgo along the way to explore the half ruined temples and castle that is the last reminder of its former royal precinct. This town on the banks of the Indus River was once an important cultural and political centre of Ladakh. When reach to leh, You will have some leisure time in your hotel along with a delicious dinner.

Today’s early morning drive to Nubra Valley, as it will involve travelling on the highest motorable road in the world, the Khardung La Pass at a whopping 5,360 metres high. Following that adventurous journey, you'll arrive in Hunder by the afternoon. After lunch, you can travel and explore the Diskit and Hunder Villages.

Post breakfast our day start with a visit to Sumur to explore the 140-year-old Samstanling Monastery, and then to Ansa to see its hilltop monastery. You will then head to Panamik Village to see the hot water springs with steamy water gushing from under the ground.
In the evening you will return to Hunder where you can dine in the hotel and spend time relaxing under the stars.

Today’s journey takes you to Pangong and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik (Pangong). Part of the road is uneven but it is a beautiful route. The road follows the Shayok River and climbs up a mountain before descending into Shayok Village.
It takes less than an hour to reach Shayok, a large village surrounded by barren mountains. In the afternoon you'll head to the breathtaking Pangong Lake. After a long tirey day back to the camp for dinner, which you can enjoy whilst looking out over the lake.

Eenjoy a leisurely breakfast before you start on the lofty drive to Leh via the 5,486 metre-high Chang La Pass. After checking in to the hotel at Leh, your evening is free for shopping or to spend at your leisure.

All good things must come to an end! You'll be transferred to Leh Airport with plenty of time to board your flight to Delhi. You will be met on arrival at Delhi Airport and transferred to your hotel. After lunch we will visit some of historical places in Delhi.
